Shipping

All orders, once confirmed, are shipped within 1 to 3 working days (excluding holidays notified in advance).

Delivery

For deliveries in metropolitan France, shipments are possible either by registered letter (small order), Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Delivery costs vary according to the size and weight of the order and the choice of delivery.

Prices 

Followed letter (<500g and less than 3 cm thick) at the rate of 2.50 Euros
Colissimo at the rate of 4.95 Euros (weight less than 250gr)
Colissimo at the price of 6.15 Euros (weight between 250gr and 500gr) 
Colissimo for large/heavy orders (weight over 500gr) at the price of 8.65 Euros
Mondial Relay for orders of clothes and small accessories at the price of 4.55 Euros
Mondial Relay for large orders at the price of 5.95 Euros
For shipments via Mondial Relay, the choice of the relay point is given to you once the order is placed; via email with a link.

The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or delay in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to the carrier; as in the event that the address provided by the Customer has been incomplete or incorrect.

Delivery is free for orders over 100 Euros???????

Returns

The Customer has the possibility to change his mind and return an item within 14 days of delivery of the order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unused and clean.

The goods are to be returned by registered mail to the following address: Magdalena Chmielarska / Cool Kids Atelier, 6 rue de Musselburgh, 94500 Champigny sur Marne; after having informed the Seller: contact@coolkidsatelier.com 

Shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.

Discounted items cannot be returned.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of return of the package, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
